Eligibility for Refunds

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be in unused, original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for refunds unless defective.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

  • Personalized/customized gloves (unless defective)

How to Request a Refund

  2. We will provide instructions for returning your item.

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Processing Time

  • Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days after receiving the returned item.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
